Kitchen Sink

Jack Otis aka Macabean had a bath in the kitchen sink today. Hard to believe he is almost too long for the sink. He is definitely a water baby, he loves it.

On another note I had delicious homemade rasberry sorbet from Colson tonight, this summer I'd like to make some sorbet.

Just another Wednesday

Started the day with Jack and my walk around Prospect Park, super windy and crisp, felt like fall.

Came home and he indulged Mom with another photo shoot, followed by a long meltdown. He finally fell asleep at 2:30, which meant Mom could decide between lunch or shower, I opted for lunch.

Scrambled 2 Bradley farm eggs and chives topped with an avocado.

Dessert: Sliced apple and sunflower butter, delish!

Dinner

Well as I mentioned, I love food; eating, cooking, researching and talking about it. Therefore I thought I'd share what I made for dinner tonight.

Quinoa mixed with sauteed zucchini and leeks

Rainy Monday

Usually Jack and my ritual is a morning walk around Prospect Park but alas it is a gloomy rainy Monday so we are staying at home. Now Jack is sound asleep in his carrier, but before that he indulged Mom with a photo shoot.
